Welcome to Stonehenge Digital Education (“Stonehenge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide expert-curated cloud and architecture certification training materials, including the proprietary Architect Decision Matrix and Mastery QBank content (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using any of our websites, including certdevpro.com, aws.certdevpro.com, azure.certdevpro.com, and gcp.certdevpro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).
1. Acceptance of Terms #
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stonehenge Digital Education. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Access and Use of Service #
a. License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Stonehenge grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased digital content solely for your personal, non-commercial certification preparation purposes.
b. No Resale: You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, selling, leasing, or otherwise exploiting the content for any commercial purpose.
c. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or access tokens with any third party.
- Attempt to bypass any security or payment blocking mechanisms (e.g., the Value-Wall or paywall systems).
- Use any automated system (scrapers, bots, etc.) to extract content from the Service.
3. Intellectual Property Rights (IP) #
a. Proprietary Content: All content, including but not limited to practice questions, solution explanations, the Architect Decision Matrix, and original blueprints created by Jeff Taakey, are the sole and exclusive property of Stonehenge Digital Education and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
b. Jeff Taakey IP: Any reproduction or public display of the content attributed to our principal author, Jeff Taakey, without express written permission, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. Payment, Pricing, and The No-Refund Policy #
a. Payment: All fees are charged via Stripe and are payable in advance. Access to paid content is granted only after successful payment processing.
b. FINAL SALE (No Refund Policy): Due to the immediate delivery and proprietary nature of our high-value digital content (the QBank and Decision Matrices), all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Failure to pass the certification exam.
- Changes in personal circumstances or employment.
- Dissatisfaction with the content.
- Accidental purchase.
c. Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate a chargeback or similar transaction dispute against any purchase made on the Service. If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently terminate your account and retain all associated data.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability #
a. No Guarantee: Stonehenge Digital Education does not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any specific certification exam. Our content is designed for educational purposes only.
b. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonehenge Digital Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
6. Governing Law #
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
